CADENCIA
ANDALUZA, was conceived by Carlos
Bedoya, whose father was from Spain (La linea de la Concepción,
Cádiz) and mother from Puerto Rico (Barranquitas). The show, that
has dance, virtuoso instrumentalists, dance and percussion, transmits
in a natural way the similarities and influences between the Spanish and
Puerto Rican cultures. It offers international visitors a uniquely local
experience. This is not a superficial montage for tourists: it is the
best the Island has to offer proudly and joyously interpreting their art
as they, as artists, believe it should be presented.
